Updated at every level including the kitchen with granite counters, upper end stainless appliances, breakfast bar, dining table and a walkout to the large lanai and pool area, all overlooking a large family/gathering room with 70” Smart TV, new leather couches and top of the line custom finishes.
On the other side of the house is another large living room area with new leather furniture, another 70” Smart TV and walkout to the large lanai and pool area.

The master bedroom is huge with a new King Bed, 70” Smart TV, large walk-in closet and another walkout to the lanai/pool area. The master bath boasts a granite double vanity sink, large glass walk-in shower and a huge window overlooking a private garden.
The 2nd bedroom also has top quality finishes, a new king bed, a walkout to the lanai/pool area, a 55” Smart TV and walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 also has a new King bed, 55” Smart TV and walk-in closet.
There is also a den with a pullout queen bed.
Last but not least is an amazing huge stone and screened in Lanai/Pool area with 3 separate “under roof” sitting areas with lights and ceiling fans, a large Saltwater Pool and Hot tub and large gas grill.
From there you go out to your own private dock that is a 7-minute boat ride to Charlotte Harbor and access to some of the best fishing, beaches, restaurants and bars around.
We have peddle bikes to ride anywhere you want to go including the Historic Downtown District or Ponce De Leon Park/beach which is about a 15 minute walk from the house.
Of course, there is also all the amazing things to do in Punta Gorda. There is some of the best dining options in all of Florida, only 2 miles from the house is Fisherman’s Village which offers amazing shopping, dining, boat rentals, tours and so much more. There is some of the best fishing in Florida and plenty of beautiful golf courses for your enjoyment.
This is our personal home, and we can assure you that it is truly an Executive Level Experience, and you will not be disappointed. We are providing you with a beautiful home with top-of-the-line amenities and know you will enjoy and respect this property and want to come back again and again.

Our names are Shelly Erving and Tony Schwartz. We would like to welcome you to our home that we like
to call “Blue Turtle-Escape”! We decided on “The Blue Turtle Experience” because ever since we started
coming here our first and still one of our favorite restaurants is The Blue Turtle in Historic Downtown
Punta Gorda. You must try them. Great food and specialty drinks.
We fell in love with this area and decided that we wanted to eventually move here as soon as we could.
We also knew that it would be 2-3 years before that could happen. We soon realized that this area is a
“secret treasure” and soon will be priced like other beautiful areas in SW Florida.
So, we decided to buy our dream home now and share it with others that are looking for an “Executive
Level” experience when staying in Punta Gorda. We are very proud to provide you with a completely
updated and truly “Executive Level” home and experience. You will be provided with all the upper end
amenities you would expect and hope that you will enjoy and respect our home like it was your own.
We also hope that you will want to return again and again and will tell all your friends!
Lastly, Shelly and Tony have a combined experience of 55 years as Real Estate Brokers with 17+ years

Staying at “The Blue Turtle Experience”, you are close to everything, yet far away from the stresses of
daily life. Enjoy the world class fishing and water sports right out your doorstep. There are many great
restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues a short ride away. Relax at Punta Gorda’s own park and
beach area, Ponce De Leon Park, which is a 10-minute walk from the house and the home of the “Peace
River Wildlife Center”. Or make a day trip to many of the highly rated beaches about 30-45 minutes
away without all the craziness that comes from trying to get around the traffic every moment of your
stay. After a full day at the beach, you get to come home to peace and quiet in your own home
sanctuary.
Our home offers a truly “Executive Level” experience with the best of upgrades and amenities!
Everything is top-of-the-line finishes starting in the kitchen area where you will find granite counters,
upper end stainless appliances, a breakfast bar, dining area and a family room with new leather couches
and a 70” TV. This entire area overlooks and walks out to the Lanai/Pool area and offers a beautiful view
of the backyard and canal.
On this end of the home are 2 bedrooms, a ¾ bath and the spacious laundry room. 1 of these bedrooms
has a walkout to the Lanai/Pool area. Both bedrooms are like new with beautiful furniture, new beds
and a 50” TV. The ¾ bath offers granite counters, double sink, walk-in tile shower and a walkout to the
Lanai/Pool area as well.
The other end of this amazing home offers yet another large living room with a 70” TV and a full wall
glass walkout to the Lanai/Pool area and amazing view of the canal. There is 4th bedroom/Den/Office
with a brand-new pullout queen size couch. Then you have the private Master Bedroom that is huge,
has yet another walkout to the Lanai/Pool area, beautiful view of the canal, a 70” TV and one of the
most amazing master bathrooms you have experienced. Beautiful tile floors, glass/stone tile walk-in
shower, double vanity sinks and your own private garden area to admire while getting ready. and of
course
Then of course is the Lanai/Pool area that offers a large “Salt-Water” pool and built-in hot tub! The pool
has sitting areas inside to enjoy soaking in the pool. There is also a large, covered with 3 adjustable
light/ceiling fans and 3 separate siting areas overlooking the pool and canal. It is the most amazing area
to relax and enjoy your days and evenings.

There is also a 2-car garage that will hold 1 car and has 3 bikes for you to take on your tours of this
amazing area. Bike to Ponce De Leon Park, Fisherman’s Village or to the Downtown Historic District of
Punta Gorda.
We have rules that we ask you to follow while staying at Punta Grande to assure your safety and
compliance with local regulations and preserve the integrity of the home.

There is an airport in Punta Gorda or fly into Fort Myers (1 hr drive from Fort Myers airport)

POOL HEATING FEE: There is a $125.00 pool cleaning fee that is charged after reservation is confirmed and will be sent through resolution center once reservation is confirmed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A REFUNDABLE $200 security deposit is required for each reservation and will be collected after reservation is confirmed. Deposit is refunded within 48 hours after check out with confirmed clearance from cleaners place is left in good shape.
