The daytime front desk staff was not helpful at all. Barely spoke to us. The night staff was nice. The room was extremely small and cramped. Would never atay here again.

Staff is amazing but there was a hair on my pillow, hair all over the floor in the main room, bathroom, and shower. The chair in the corner is visibly dirty and the soap holder also isn’t clean. It definitely doesn’t feel like this room was cleaned before arrival. For paying $344 here, this is extremely expensive for an unclean room

Ottima posizione ma assolutamente da rinnovare

Struttura anni 70 decisamente da rinnovare. Camere anguste anche se pulite. Servizio a colazione praticamente self service. Ragazzi alla reception poco informati su orari, attrazioni e ristoranti della città. Il grosso vantaggio è che ha una posizione comodissima per raggiungere tutto in Punta del Este.

Le falta alma.

Hotel NEUTRO, ni bien ni mal. Como diría un gran hotelero de Punta del Este : los hoteles pueden o nó tener alma, vibrar para que el huésped quiera volver. Para algunos tanto dá. Humildemente un hotel sin alma, aunque puede mejorar, las estructuras son buenas.

Hotel simples, mas bem localizado. A posição da cama de frente para a porta acaba deixando desconfortável, pois, toda as vezes que alguém passa no corredor a luz se acende e incomoda quem está deitado e você deixa de ter a vista mar quando está deitado na cama.

Hotel bem localizado. Deveriam colocar uma cortina back out no quarto pois tem predios na frente e o quarto fica sem nenhuma privacidade. A cortina é um tecido fino e transparente. Cafe da manhã com pouquíssimas opções.

Hospedagem com pontos a melhorar

Experiência razoável. O atendimento na chegada deixou a desejar, não tinha ninguém para ajudar com as malas, não há rampa para subir com a bagagem, só tem escadas, fomos só em mulheres e faltou gentileza. O café da manhã é bem ruim, todos os dias as mesmas opções, não há pratos para apoiar os alimentos, usa-se pires de vários tamanhos, louças e alimentos juntos, numa mesinha redonda pequena. Pontos a melhorar: gentileza com malas na chegada e o café da manhã. Pontos positivo: as moças que limpam são bem atenciosas e prestativas, nos ajudaram no que precisamos com rapidez.

Hotel acorde al precio. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. La habitación pequeña pero prolija. El personal muy atento. Lo unico malo fue que la persiana no bajaba del todo, dejando pasar la luz desde temprano. El desayuno bastante basico, y posiblemente por protocolo sanitario no era buffet.

Funcionários muito solicitos, localização ótima. Deixou a desejar nas instalações, meu banheiro alagava sempre que tomava banho, o secador de cabelo estava quebrado. E pedi cama de casal e foram 2 de solteiro, tive q pedir p juntar.

Ótima localização

Ótima localização, é possível ir a pé para o comércio e restaurantes de Punta, feira de artesanato, Museu, os dedos e outros. Bom café da manhã. Pegamos um quarto no térreo, por isso não havia vista para nada e a limpeza era tarde, pois era o último andar a ser limpo.
