About this property

Loft Life Oceanfront, SotoGrande, Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

  • This beautiful oceanfront loft is located in SotoGrande in the exclusive area of Cap Cana which is approximately 15 minutes from the Punta Cana Airport. Cap Cana is a gated development with a marina, golf courses, horse stables, zip-lining, beaches and great food! We are located within walking distance of the Sanctuary Hotel, Secrets, Hyatts, Dreams Cap Cana and Juanillo Beach.

    The Loft Life has been completely remodeled and includes all brand new linens, kitchen items, furniture and accessories. It is a 3rd floor loft with vaulted ceiling that has the kitchen, 1/2 bath, and living area downstairs. The upstairs has a bedroom with a king-size bed and full bathroom with separate toilet and walk-in shower. If you appreciate a place that includes all you need then this place is for you.

    There were two things that sold us on this loft.

    1. The views are absolutely amazing. There are no better views in all of Cap Cana (we looked alot). The golden hour with a mojito on our patio is one of our favorite things to do!

    2. The privacy here is something that you won't find at other resorts. We didn't want to have to fight for beach chairs, wait in long lines, listen to slamming hotel doors, and feel like we were going to be hassled all the time. When we go away to the beach we want to be able to get to good food, fun, and sleep peacefully at night.
