"Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...

"This is Not a 4star hotel!!!!!! No Bathroom amenities but a liquid soap to do all!! And the one in the shower didn’t even work! No boxes of tissues! Just Horrible, no bell service, had no Water for 4 hours!, Breakfast was subpar, would not recommend anyone to stay here!!! Staff also was no Friendly or helpful, no staff after 11pm"
