"This is a lovely property. Our beachfront apartment was gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious (mimosas included!) and we enjoyed both beaches. The pool is nothing special but our kids still loved it. Our only complaint was they attempted a bit of a bait and switch on our room. We reserved a beachfront 2 bedroom. When we arrived, they "upgraded" us to a 3 bedroom non beachfront. The apartment was amazing ... but not on the beach. We had to wait two days to get moved into the apartment we...

"Their sign says they do not charge to use pool, beach or beach chairs on resort. But you MUST consume something. Which indirectly means you must pay to use beach chairs and beach. The wait staff take their time and dont check up on you, you have to look for them and call them over if you need something. (This is at the rooftop koraal restaurant) karakto beach restaurant was great. Our overall stay was beautiful but just dont expect much from the restaurant department "
