"Worth every penny! Beautiful place, stunning views, having a private beach is everything. Everyone was kind, respectful and pleasant. Meeting Chris in person was nice and she was so helpful throughout the process. She left a book that other guest wrote helpful hints and things they have done and tried which was extremely helpful and made it more enjoyable. The place is so cute throughout, clean, and comfortable. Did I say “the view” haha from the lanai , wow, absolutely gorgeous. We highly recommend!Ramos Family-Los Angeles, California"

"Overall our stay was nice with the beach right outside and pool. It is a older building with minor issues. Having our own parking spot is a plus. Location is great. The beach is a resting place for sea turtles, so our morning walk was wonderful. It's a quite place."

"The place came with everything you might want when going on a trip from cooler, beach chairs, all amenities and even washer and dryer inside unit. It was nice having beach in backyard and food nearby. Only downside is there was not many but a few roaches and parking can be tough inside the hotels parking lot. There is multiple places to park very close to hotel so that’s not too bad."

"This is a great location on North shore and even with extensive construction going on to improve the property we had a great time. This is on the beach, with a great grass area and BBQ for families. The hostess was the most communicative host I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. She gave explicit instructions via text and written in the condo to make check in, local information and check out easy.The only issue we has as a family of 4 with all over 6'3" was the ceiling height. There is a fan in the living room and my boys had to duck to walk under. The shower is also low ceiling and made showers interesting. All in all, this is a great place, lovely decorations, with rand new air conditioning unit. We had a wonderful time here."

"Overall it was ok. The sofa bed is not usable. It’s stained and dirty and when we pulled it out a bunch of cockroaches went scurrying The construction noise didn’t bother us but the parking lot was very hard to navigate. The parking spaces are very small, we had an 8 seat vehicle and could not navigate the parking space easily. Several times someone else was in our parking spot. The “BNL” spots were not available when needed Also, it’s almost impossible to not bring sand into a unit when the condo is on the beach- even after showering off outside The pictures shown are pretty accurate with what the condo looks like inside. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have beach accessories available for use"

"Great location, exactly as pictured!We had a nice stay here—the place looks exactly like the photos and you can't beat being right on the beach!We did have an issue with the AC when we checked in, but the hosts were responsive and had it completely replaced two days later. The beach chairs provided were a nice thought, though they've seen better days and could use an upgrade.The only real downside was the parking situation, which was tougher than expected. We were initially told we could park in the BHL or hot-pink marked spots, but security informed us only BHL spots were allowed, and there aren't many of them. On the bright side, if you end up having to park down at the local store, you can grab your essentials and a hot dinner—just keep in mind it’s a bit farther than just "across the street.""
