"Nos alojamos dos noches y tuvimos una mala experiencia. Las instalaciones no son lujosas, pero están limpias. La segunda mañana no hubo agua caliente, tienen problemas con los calentadores, así que salimos sin poder bañarnos. Una noche hubo corte de electricidad y no tienen generador. El clima es caluroso en Machala, así que sin electricidad, hace calor"

"Pleasant stay and what impressed me the most is that I forgot my phone in one of the lounge areas for almost half a day and I thought I lost it. When I went back looking for it, it was exactly in the same spot. No one touched it. It was such a relief. Safe and secure. Love this place. Staff is super nice and welcoming. I thought I was in a 5 star resort in the Caribbean or Cancun. "
