Everything you need for a nice quiet stay. Great breakfast and evening cookie service. Delish! Rooms have all the necessities and then some. Love the ample hooks for hanging clothes and bags and great bathroom lighting. Thanks for thinking of everthing. other hotels should follow Hampton’s lead!

One morning I witnessed a customer asking staff to put Fox news on the large tv in the lobby and she complied. In order to avoid controversy, I believe the staff should not allow controversial news stations such as Fox to be shown on the communal tv.

I stayed here before when it was a Holiday Inn and no issues. I called Hampton the day before to let them know that I was coming in at midnight. They offered to pick me up at the airport...Great!! When I got to the airport, it was dark signage on van was difficult to see. Driver didn't get out to greet us nor open any of the doors. Finally got out when he saw we had 4 large luggages for 2 people. Small talk to the hotel was okay. Get checked in by another employee. "Here's your keys" with no mention of room number, where the elevator is, what the amenities are that they have, etc. I put away my bags and went to check on the laundry area. The guy who drove us said they had two - one on the 2nd floor and another on the 3rd floor so I bought detergent and softener at $2.50 a piece (one load per box). Come to find out the next morning that both laundry rooms are down. When I mentioned it to the person at the desk, he said he was improperly informed. Decide to go down for breakfast which was okay and then go about my errands for the day. I don't normally notice, but all the days of going in and out (5 days), not one person until the last day said Hi, Have a good day, Have a good night, Welcome back, etc. Nothing. Madison was the only one that said Hi when we arrived back to the hotel. Hair dryer was broken in the room. Maintenance did come quickly to check on it and then replace it. Not to mention rates are double because it was graduation for WSU. Crazy

Stayed here before when it was called Holiday Inn Express. Liked it then, liked it more now that it’s been renovated. Friendly greeting by the front desk. Fast check in. Hot free breakfast consisting of omelet, sausage and hot biscuits. There’s also muffins, toast, bananas, oatmeal and other options was very good. Definitely would come back again

Very nice place to stay. Our room was spacious and super clean. The free hot breakfast was really good food. Also enjoyed the pool. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again!

This hotel appears to be recently updated with only a few subtle hints of it's old self. The biggest dissapointement to me was the lack of acoustical engineering in this hotel. There seemed to be a lot of sound transmission. Also, even though this hotel is located on an intersection it only has one entry - which seemed odd and slightly inconvenient to me. The bed was comfortable enough. There were a lot of kids and some pets that I could hear at night. There was also exterior remodeling construction going on - which obviously will only be temporary...

Rooms are clean and well managed. However, you can hear everything in this place - from the elevator to people talking, doors opening and closing. Was difficult to sleep and the bed was hard as a rock. Room 306.

Low cost means low care
Our first night there the entire hall we were staying at had screaming high schoolers. After contacting the office they said they would let their chaperone know. This continued and even had a visit from security because of one of those high schoolers going missing. They destroyed the breakfast area, touching food (bagels, bread, opening muffins) with their bare hands and putting it back. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they were checked out. You could tell they were overwhelmed and didn’t know how to deal with them either. If I hadn’t pre-paid, then I would have stayed elsewhere. I will avoid these hotels in the future.

For the price, this is a very nice hotel. Free parking and free breakfast (FWIW) are nice touches. Wish they would at least put a password on the internet.

Comfortable, clean and mostly quiet. For some reason the showers are extremely loud. When the people in the room above us used the bathroom, either flushing or taking a shower, the pipes were extremely loud, enough to drown out the TV and make us all talk louder to hear each other. I do know that there are some renovations going on. Perhaps that will be fixed in the future. Staff is great. Parking good, overall very comfortable and nothing to complain about other than the really loud bathrooms.
