"Hotels.com messed up my booking but the hotel stay was at fixed it and stay went well only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was my room window opened to indoor pool area and the kids playing in pool were loud not a good room for people with children or anyone looking to go to bed before 11 when pool closes "

"Do not book a "Premium Suite", as they are old, dated and not at all up to par with current hotel/motel standards. The 3 “suites” offered to me, including one I actually stayed the night in, were all unacceptable — unless you are homeless. Sofabed = broken Mattress= crusty with used sheets Shower = unusable Deadbolt = busted off Don’t say you haven’t been warned. (I finally got a refund after the run-around with both the manager and hotels.com for more than a week.)"

"Stayed for 2 nights while awaiting a winter storm to pass. Literally confined to our rooms because there is nowhere else to sit - no lounge, no lobby chairs, just tables and loungers in the pool area (pool disgusting - sauna broken). We asked to use the breakfast room or event room for the tables so that we’d be able to eat and do jigsaw puzzles and the staff wouldn’t allow it. Tv doesn’t have Netflix and was so behind the times. The included breakfast is decent enough, make sure you get there before 9am cuz it’s gone after that and can’t even sit and have a coffee at the table. If you need a place that’s sheltered to rest your head, this will do and keep you safe, but you definitely won’t feel at home ! "
