Rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds! The only thing I feel would make this motel more accommodating would be some type of continental breakfast. Even if it was something small like muffins, donuts, fruit or even yogurt. It’s nice to just have something other than coffee.

This is a conveniently located basic motel. Clean and reasonably priced. Close to a nice little local restaurant called wicked sister that we've enjoyed on each of our visits here. There are chairs and ash trays where, if you are a smoker, or just like fresh air, they make it pleasant for you to sit out by your room. This has become our "go-to" when traveling to and from our summer cottage which is a 2 day trip for us.

We had stayed at this particular location multiple times in the past. I don’t know if we just got a smaller room this time or things have gone downhill more than I had initially thought. I did ask about the Owners because I know they did the cleaning themselves and maintained the property. However, I was told the property was sold two or three years ago…. I can’t remember to the new owners. Honestly, for the price, I could’ve stayed somewhere else that wasn’t as old, dark and dingy. The bathroom was clean, which is an absolute must for me, but the property is very old and the sheets were ill fitting on the bed. It’s always been a go to place for us because it’s always clean and nice. It just wasn’t the same. Won’t be back. I will say the office staff was very nice and they were always in the parking lot cleaning it up.
