"The word luxury and excellence are insufficient to describe how amazing this hotel and its staff is. We were made to feel like royalty. From receipt of a fresh orchid on arrival to the special treats Ieft in our room daily the whole experience was just perfect. Joanne & Iris on reception made us so welcome and are an asset to the Shangri La as are all the staff especially in the Valley Wing where we stayed.
