"We had a great week in Can Pauet. The house and especially the outdoor area are very nice, and the pool is great. Air conditioning is actually only on the upper floor of the main building, this should be made clearer in the description. "The rooms were excellent, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The buffet was also very good, with plenty of choice, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is the price. We paid around £480 for the night, and although we enjoyed our stay, I simply don't think the hotel experience justified that level of pricing. In my view, around £300 per night would have been much more appropriate for this type of hotel. That said, I appreciate we stayed during peak August season and booked at relatively short notice, which will obviously have influenced the rate. Overall, a very good family hotel with excellent rooms and a good buffet, just significantly overpriced for our stay."

We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
