"I can't say enough about how much I loved this incredibly beautiful hotel! The architecture is very unique and modern. Our room was amazing! Every room has a stunning view of the lake. The food was incredible, they use fresh local ingredients mostly from their farm across the street, the best food we experienced during our 2 1/2 week trip to Chile. "This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Great price but most of all the staff was spectacular. Friendly and helpful would be an understatement. The front desk as well as the morning restaurant staff seemed to continually go above and beyond to make it an excellent experience for me. Breakfast display was delightful with always fresh fruit and proteins ( I didn’t eat the large assortment of pastries) I left for 10 days to Cochamo and when I returned they remembered everything we liked...

"We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting. Some interior details were already updated and very nice. We loved the reading room, the poems along the walls and the corridors lights."
