It was a friends stay and we have a perfect trip, the hotel have a magnificent view of the lake and volcanos the room was big enough for 6 people with two bathrooms

Nice property in a great location. Views of the Lake are very good. Restaurant is above average. Rooms are somewhat dated and not soundproof so you can hear the neighbors above quiet loudly. WiFi is also a bit inconsistent.

Well located, great views of the lake from the dining area and from many rooms. Friendly, curteous and efficient staff at check-in. Good engkish spoken. Loved the fact that we had unlimited access to purified water.

This was a centrally located property in Puerto Varas. The breakfast wasn't the greatest- but there are several bakeries and coffee shops close by. The staff was very friendly and offered some great recommendations.

The stay was excellent! Our suite has a spectacular view of the lake and volcano. The room was clean and tidy, and the staffs are all very friendly. We requested the crib for our baby when we booked and it was there in the room when we checked in. The location is also excellent with walkable distance to beach, many very nice stores, restaurants and parks nearby. 5/5!

We just spent 5 nights at the Bellavista and it was outstanding! The location is absolutely perfect -- we were able to walk everywhere in town, and the staff was exceptional. From the front desk to bar/restaurant to housekeeping, all staff wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our family of 4 stayed in the duplex and there was tons of room. The view from our rooms was beyond incredible, and the beds very comfortable. A special thanks to Carolina (bar/restaurant manager) and Carolina (front desk) for making our stay even more enjoyable!

All the staff at Bellevista were so helpful and patient with us (as we asked a million questions every day). They gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do and see. We had a lovely view of the volcano and lake. We loved our stay here.
