The Space:

The open-concept living area features contemporary furnishings, a comfortable seating area, dining space, and a dedicated workspace nook. Large sliding glass doors open directly onto the expansive wraparound balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the city and mountains or unwind in the evening as the lights of Puerto Vallarta come alive.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, granite waterfall worktops, a 5-burner gas cooktop, full-size oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and coffee maker.



Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy, each featuring air conditioning, ceiling fans, and its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom offers beautiful sunrise views over the jungle canopy.

Zenith Penthouse 702 places you in the heart of the Romantic Zone, one of Puerto Vallarta’s most vibrant and walkable areas. Step outside and you’ll be surrounded by excellent restaurants, charming cafés, galleries, boutiques, and the cobblestone streets that give Old Town its unmistakable character.



The beach and Puerto Vallarta’s famous Malecón are also within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the best of the city without needing a car.
