Perfect Location!!
This tastefully decorated condo is in the perfect location to experience Puerto Vallarta‘a best bars and restaurants. It is steps away from Los Muertos Beach, the Malecón, grocery markets, bakeries, fantastic shops and much, much more, with the added bonus of no hills to climb.
Security
This building is extremely secure with very friendly staff who are required to unlock the large gated door allowing you into, or out of, the building.
Condo
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with the added bonus of a refrigerator with water and ice!! The one hitch is there is only a Keurig coffee maker, which requires K-cups that are not available in PV. We were aware of this, from a previous review, and packed our own K-cups. We had also communicated with the owner, prior to our arrival, and he generously provided a box of K-cups, so we could get our caffeine fix in the morning.
The washer and dryer were an added luxury and worked very well.
Pool Top Area and Amenities
We spent a lot of time up top, enjoying the well maintained, spotlessly clean, heated infinity edge pool and hot tub. It’s the perfect place to be to whale watch, so don’t forget your binoculars! There are lounge chairs for sun worshiping and tables with umbrellas and double lounge chairs for shaded areas.
Frederick, our VRBO host, met us upon arrival and checked in on us at least once a week. If we had any concerns or needed anything, he responded promptly. We are in love with this place and plan to return.
