Casa Carlota is located at the dead end of Pilitas Street only 2.5 blocks to the beach with no stairs. The default map view is misleading, it appears the condo is floating in the middle of nowhere. Zoom in for a better understanding of exact location and proximity to the beach.

Built in 2015 and finalized in 2016, well appointed, open air concept, 1 bedroom, 1 bath penthouse condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's most sought after neighborhood; Zona Romantica, a gay and family friendly, English speaking area.

Three minutes to Puerto Vallarta's most popular beach; Los Muertos, with no stairs to climb or descend en route. Food and drink service provided under umbrellas on beach. Only two to five minutes to the restaurants, amenities and nightlife of Olas Atlas and Basilio Badillo, yet tucked away at the end of Pilitas; a dead-end, mostly residential, cobble-stoned street.

Minutes to boutique and artisan shopping. Mini-marts, ATMs, convenience stores within a three-minute walk. Ten to fifteen minute taxi ride to marina, commercial centers, golf and eco tourism activities.

Granite countertops, bar and backsplash, stainless steel appliances and tropical parota wood furnishings and built-ins. Local commissioned artwork tastefully adorns the walls. Full-wall glass sliding doors provide an open-air concept inside while plant-lined balcony equipped table for four allows dinning al fresco.

In unit conveniences include a work station, wifi, flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom, Firestick on both TVs, Streaming TV service in living room, high efficiency wall-mounted AC, Bluetooth speaker, document safe in bedroom closet, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dining, flatware and glassware for four, ample storage, vanity in bathroom, hooks for your clothes and towels, in unit washer and dryer. Full sized sofa bed in living room comfortable for one adult or two children. Maid service Monday thru Saturday. Filtered drinking water provided.

Four floors from a quiet cobblestone street with great ocean views, only one floor down from pool deck with pool and more stunning views of mountains and Banderas Bay.

Location and Unit Were Great

The unit was clean, had plenty to feel comfy in, we loved the rooftop area and the location was great. It was close enough to the beach and town, but not too close to where we could hear too much commotion. We would definitely stay again.

Such a nice place to stay. Modern and clean. Beautiful view of the ocean. Hosts were responsive and helpful! I felt comfortable and safe there. Also very quiet but near everything.

Great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It’s on a quiet street away from the noise but still close to all of the restaurants and bars! Easy to walk everywhere. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The balcony has great views at night. Charlotte was very responsive when I had any questions. I will definitely stay here again!

PV Bliss

We have stayed at a few other places in the Romantic Zone but this particular ambience was the best. We were able to really relax and rebuild. No stress in communication and we were able to navigate the hills. People were friendly and so kind. Loved our little vacation! Thanks so much.

Great Hosts & Location!

The previous reviews for this condo are spot on! Great hosts, good location, good view, nice pool, unit well maintained and clean. The hosts, Charlotte & John, are responsive and really helpful. They offered good suggestions for visiting the neighborhoods and the many restaurants close by. We walked where we wanted to go - no need for a car. We particularly enjoyed our visit to the botanical gardens South of PV. Well worth the visit; lunch and gift shop very nice. We were glad we stayed in a neighborhood and not at a resort. We recommend this unit and hosts. A very enjoyable trip. Thank you.

A Wonderful Stay in Puerto Vallarta

We recently stayed at this apartment in Puerto Vallarta, and it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. Highlights of the Stay: 1. The apartment is in a fantastic spot—close to attractions, beach, restaurants, right in the heart of Zona Romantica,making it convenient to explore the area. 2. The space was spotless when we arrived. The furniture was comfortable, and the décor gave a warm, inviting vibe. 3. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully-stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, pool, laundry. 4. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunsets over the ocean. It was one of our favorite parts of the stay. 5. Great Experience

Stayed at Bella Loma for 3 nights. The experience was first-rate from check-in to check-out and the unit was exactly as depicted in the listing. All communications to the owners were answered very quickly. The location is super convenient to many neighborhood restaurants, several of which we tried at the owners recommendation. The unit was very clean with all of the amenities for a relaxing visit. We used the roof-top pool twice, which was a very nice feature. Walking to the beach was less than 10 minutes and brings you to the middle of everything. Very easy to see why this unit has such a high rating and great recommendations. If back in the Romantic Zone, would definitely try to stay here again.

Fabulous Get Away with an Amazing View!!!

This wonderful cozy condo is the perfect place to escape to and enjoy the best part of Puerto Vallarta! Just a few steps to the best restaurants in PV and the best beach as well! It has amazing views of the ocean and the mountains!! The owners are most helpful and the property is very reasonably priced! We definitely plan to return to this gem near the jungle!

Perfect for a couple....Brand New Condo

Brand New Condo steps from the beach and all the best restaurants. All modern amenities. Beautiful roof top pool with an awesome view. Owners were very easy to work with. Will definitely go back in the future.

Your own hideaway in paradise

Located at the end of what we call a cul-de-sac, you can revel in the silence of no car traffic. This condo is located walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars PV has to offer. My stay was quite enjoyable as the condo contains all you could want on vacation. I loved having my morning coffee on the patio and taking in the ocean view.

Hidden gem in the Romantic Zone

This is a great condo located on a quiet street in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Within a block, there are many restaurants, bars and shops, and the beach is two blocks away. The unit itself is small, but has everything needed for a single person or couple. It is clean, modern and well-maintained.

Great vacation property

When there was any issue, John was very accessible and communicative. This unit had a view of the water from the balcony and is located at the end of a street. The elevator had issues multiple times, but if you travel to PV you must be ready for stairs, hills, and climbs. I would stay here again on my next trip 👍

Great Location and View

We loved our stay here. John couldn't have been more helpful and quick to respond to all emails. There is a wonderful spacious terrace to sip margaritas on while enjoying the marvelous view. It was a terrific location in walking distance of restaurants, the Saturday market, and lovely stores. Definitely try Jorge's Hideaway, practically next door, and Coco's Kitchen for breakfast. I highly recommend this rental.
