An amazing place to stay when coming to Puerto Vallarta

This condo is extremely comfortable and spacious, has everything you will need to make your stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Great views and received exceptional service from the staff in the restaurant and bar. The food was also delicious and a nice variety of choices. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful property

Well designed and laid out condo. The building has great amenities, the gym is excellent and it’s nice that they have the restaurants on sight that also deliver room service. Highly recommend this property.

Another Great Trip at a Beautiful Property

We have traveled to PV for over 20 years but I must say this was certainly one of the nicest properties by far. If you don't want to be in the middle of the tourist area, this property affords proximity with amenities. The on-site gym and restaurant were great. Lots of space in the 4 bedroom unit and separate bathrooms as well. Wi-Fi speeds were superb! Looking forward to returning!

GORGEOUS! 😍

Property was incredible. Stunning Views . Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room. Beautiful pools. Reasonable price for how nice. Just a 3 minute drive from downtown but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The 2 sm beaches within a 5 mins walk were awesome. LOVED IT!

Very clean. Service was great

Property was nice. Only improvement would be communication from property on activities and access to the beach. Photos also showed a game room with ping pong table which was a big perk and property did not include one.

It was a great call - booking this place

Place is new, crisp, clean with great location. Helpfull staff. Parking on premises. Beautiful views from the apartment and even better from the roof top bar. Only negative i would say is the food at the on premise restaurant on roof top. It was below average. We landed late and reached the location after dark and as this was our first visit tonPVR, we had no idea where to grab a quick bite, so we eneded up on the roof top restaurant. The view wad breathtaking but the food was way below average. The apartment compensated the restaurant experience. If and when we visit PVR again, this is the only place we would liketo stay. Our trip to PVR was great because of this apartment. Every night we stayes we decided just to hang outin the balcony and chill rather than strolling the town. A big thanks to the host, staff and the owners.

Stepped into our unit and was greated by sliding doors opening views to the ocean. Great layout for 3 couples. Access to restaurants via Uber took 5 minutes…will be back

Amazing oceanfront condo

Beautiful condo, everything you need is here, lots of room, very comfortable, love the full wall sliding doors to the patio, great food and drink at very reasonable prices, walk or quick uber to town, we will be returning!

Dream vacation

We loved the property and Joel and the staff across the board were wonderful, helpful and engaging. The food was excellent, the pools amazing. We will definitely will return over and over. We wish that it was walking distance from town but the benefits definitely out weighed this factor. We wish we had stayed longer!

We've stayed in this building before and love it for it's location and amenities. This condo was great and exceeded all expectations - easy check in, gorgeous views, and everything you could need (servingware, board games, towels, etc.) Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent for larger groups

A group of friends gathered together for NYE at this beautifully appointed 4 bedroom condo. The pictures are accurate for this amazing property in Conchas Chinas. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The restaurant food is very good where we ate nearly every day or had food delivered down to the unit. The balcony is really beautiful and is exactly as pictured. The only downside now is that the Amapas road has been washed out so walking into the romantic zone now either requires walking along the beach or going back up to the main road and walk that way into the main tourist area. Hopefully they will get that fixed soon.

Pre-Christmas family vacation

Joel is an awesome host! The property is as beautiful as the pictures. The big surprise was how good the food was at the rooftop bar. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. The only small negative is the walk to the beach is steep and a bit difficult. But the views are stellar!

Exquisite

The condo was exquisite and exceeded our expectations in every way. Having the roof top restaurant and bar and the professionalism and kindness of the house manager to not only make arrangements for excursions, but accommodate us with groceries and drinks made our experience that much more memorable. You just show up and immediately start you vacation. Everything is taken care of in advance. I could not recommend this property more highly.
