"Emailed numerous times prior to arrival but got no response. On arrival at the accommodation I was greeted with numerous bags of rubbish outside my apartment, which never got moved for 3 days. The water in the apartment wasn’t running I got advised from to use my families room who had 4 people in it. With very little running water. To use the shower you had to hold the shower head as the clip to at held the shower head in was very loose… No air conditioning in my room, but know some other ones I’ve stayed in had air conditioning. Pool clean. No sun loungers on balcony but other family members did."

"The hotel was very run down, with broken and dirty furniture. The dinner was not a proper buffet, but a very limited à la carte offering. Overall, the property is nowhere near the advertised 4-star standard."

"We booked a partial ocean view room and received exactly that. The place was clean, with only a few minor issues, such as a leaking shower cabin and plastic covering on the mattress, which made the nights overheate. Overall, it was excellent value for money. The location was close to the beach and transport links. It was quiet, and the staff were friendly."

"Great location in Puerto Rico, down 182 steps to the main shopping centre with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Great sized pool, although wasn’t heated so in April was freezing cold! Decent pool bar, although food a little expensive for the portion sizes and quality. Great apartment with all the things you need, clean and decent sized balcony with great views. Would stay again. "
