They weren’t able to refund me the money; understandable. But, they were able to have it used for the massages they offer instead and we were able to pick any of the ones provided. Instead of outright taking the money entirely, they found a solution to where both parties would be happy. Also, their breakfast provided, is amazing well! Highly recommend booking here if you are planning a trip to Puerto Princesa!"
