When we walked in and gave our voucher to the woman on reception, the very first thing that was said to us (2 female cousins-in-law travelling together), was that we had booked a Deluxe twin room but that there were no twin beds available so they upgraded us to a Premium room complimentary with a King bed. This was unacceptable as at the time of booking and on confirmation of the voucher it clearly stated that we had confirmed a Deluxe room with 2 beds. The upgrade did not in any way make up...

Munting Paraiso is nestled in the canopy of hundred year old acacia trees. It offers stylish modern facilities in a leafy and serene back drop.
The front desk is very attentive and they will help arrange a taxi to town, a tour around the city, or even a dive trip!
We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. We cannot thank the staff enough for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable.

Excellent Customer service. You were greeted immediately upon entrance. Very attentive to your needs. Had booked an underground tour with them however it was cancelled due to bad weather but they had notified me in a timely manner and arranged other activities that could be undertaken.
