Nice stay at the Palawan Palm Suites
The Palawan Palm Suites is located right across the street from the SM mall in Puerto Princesa which is perfect for shopping, eating, etc. We stayed in a room for 4, with 3 beds. There was a single bathroom with sink, and a separate sink and mirror outside the bathroom. This helped everyone get ready in the morning. We purchased the breakfast although with the mall nearby there are many options to eat every day. We ordered some tours and the hotel was very easy for the bus to access. The staff were very helpful. The room faced the main road outside which created some challenges to sleep. I would suggest to bring some ear buds or other sleep noise machine if you get a room near the main road. Money changes at the mall are good. Also close to the bay walk. Overall, I would recommend.

Hotel transfer never came, didn't bother to call back and kept us waiting. Door had a peep through gap when closed and couldn't lock well. Bitten by bed bugs too

Very Nice Hotel
Nice big lobby, nice hotel, nice room, very spacious, bed was temperpedic style, you sink into it, wifi was good, TV channel selection excellent, about 100 channels, nice big bathroom with glass shower and lots of hot water, big windows with a good view, wet bar and fridge, close to markets and grocery/department store but far from the mall and popular restaurants. The staff connected me with cheap and fast laundry service. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. I highly recommend it.

Was a good friendly place to stay great value for money, the only things that weren't so good is it's a bit further from shops than would have liked and shower head holder was broken

Very nice!
Very accomodating. We arrived early from a long trip and they allowed us to check in early and offered us coffee. My only complaint was the stiff bed sheets (were they starched?) The bottom sheet was not fitted and too small for the bed so it didn't stay tucked in and there was no mattress pad so I woke up sleeping partially on the bare mattress! But other than that it is a very nice hotel, wonderful friendly staff, very clean. No elevator but staff is very helpful with luggage. Internet was ok. A little hard to find because their sign is too small, but it is right next to the Tree House Hotel which has a larger sign, and is across the street from where the new SM Mall is being built. Highly recommend!

Palawan Palm Suites Pefrect for Overnight Tourist
This rooms are clean, spacious and more importantly, the staff is nice and helped us figure out where to go and what to do. Our room had a small fridge as well which is good to store cold drinks. The TV had all the stations to watch when it rained and there was even a free pick-up shuttle from the airport that saves on the hassles. A perfect stay in Puerto Princessa! Thank you Palawan Palm Suites.

Palm Suites is a small friendly hotel. Great value, clean with good aircon and rainshower. Good for a short stay enroute to Sabang etc. Breakfast is free but somewhat disorganised and served in an underground room without any appeal.

Looking thru the Expedia website, this hotel seems okay, but it was not. When we got to the hotel, the room was so dusty and dirty that my sister cautioned me from touching the TV. We booked 2 rooms, one is named a suite, but what we call a suite here in the US is very different from their suite in the Phil. There were no towels in the room. I asked the front desk for towels but they said they are out of towels, that they only have stained ones but clean. They tried borrowing towels from the neighboring hotels but there were none. We waited 4 hours. No towels. So I got down to the lobby/office and asked for towels. I waited for more than 45min. standing there and just nagging them about our towels. Finally , the OJT manager came with 4towels from another place (different logo) and gave us one towels each which we used for the duration of our stay there. The sink leaked and water was all over the floor in the room. We have to call somebody to mop it dry. They left a bucket under the sink to catch the water leaking.

A nice cheap hotel only five minute trike ride from downtown. The hotel staff was nice and breakfast was delivered to the room the only thing was there no regular housekeeping so you had to go downstairs and request it. But overall a positive experience

I don't usually feel compelled to leave reviews and in my five weeks of traveling around Asia we had our share of great rooms and not so great rooms. The Palawan Palm Suites takes the cake however, for their incompetent staff, zero water pressure and for "forgetting" to make the rooms. The breakfast is pretty terrible but its something. The wifi was spotty at best. The only positive was that we arrived at 7am and they checked us in then and there at no extra charge. We asked them to book us a shuttle bus to Sabang and they managed to screw that up also, even after we asked them to confirm with the bus company that very day! Save yourself some grief and go elsewhere.

the hotel is quite near to the airport since it's located at the city area.It is easy to catch tricycle in front of the hotel.Shuttle van come and pick us as promised.The room is nice,clean,small and simple. A simple breakfast provided. The only thing I don't understand is there are menu list in the room but when i ask the reception since no phone in the room he replied no room service provided.so why putting the menu list in it?? The second thing is the drinking bottle water,they only put in the room upon arrival and won't top it up after making the room. Furthermore, drinking water in the mini fridge is not free and did not stated.such disappointing when they ask us to pay when checking out

Excellent value for the oney
The hotel is located near the public market which made it very convenient to shop for "daing na isda" and pasalubong. It is a 3 penny ride to Baywalk and 30 cents to Pristine Beach. We were always first to be picked up for tours because of the hotel's central location. The wi fi signal is a little weak in our room but you can always go to the lobby. For the price, the value is unbeatable!

Stayed there 2 seperate nights; the first night there was a dog barking outside from 2am-6am which was extremely annoying but not the fault of the hotel. Maya at the front desk went out of her way to coordinate our snorkeling trip and then bus to Sabang all in the same day. This hotel was very clean, modern and similiar to western standards. Would definitely stay there again.

Palawan holiday
Our stay in Palawan was very good and the people of Puerto Princesa were very friendly accommodating , tourist guide are very knowledgeable of the places where we went as well as Palawan. Palawan Palm Suit is very clean, comfortable, very convenient for shopping, restaurants and transportations is not a problem the city have tricycles all over the place, the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative. One problem we had in the hotel was their plumbing need a regular maintenance for leaks but overall rating the place was very comfortable.

Bodde ei natt før flygning fra PPS. Nært flyplass med gratis transport. Stort og behagelig rom. Støy fra vei, men det er midt i byen og det må en regne med. Gangavstand til det aller meste. Enkel frokost inkludert og internett kun i resepsjonen. Dette fungerte derimot bra. Ingen heis.

Excellent petit déjeuner et très bon service du personnel. Situé dans un quartier animé et à environ 10 minutes à pied de Baywalk. Connexion internet excellente dans le lobby (assez pour faire du Facetime sans problème).

푸에르토 프린세사 공항에서 차량으로이동시 약 5분정도 되는 거리에 위치해 있는데 건물이 크지가 않아서 쉽게 보이지 않는다는 점 이 아쉽습니다. 간판도 크지 않아서 트라이시클 기사들도 모르는 경우가 매우 많더군요 일단 4일을 머무르며 느낀점은 최근 건물이라 작지만 깨끗해요~ 조식도 제공이 됩니다..다만 누가 준비를 해주느냐에 따라 퀄리티가 달라지는 부분이 있어서 매일 아침식사가 한결같진 않아요~메뉴는 두가지 이구요 온수 잘 나오며 세면대는 화장실과 분리되어 따로 있고 샤워시설은 별도의 칸막이 없이 좌변기 옆에 있어서 샤워후엔 온통 물바다 입니다. 별도의 바닥 매트가 없으므로 수건을 활용해야 합니다. 무선인터넷은 일층 로비에선 잘 되는편이고 룸에선 왔다 갔다 합니다. 가격대비 나쁘지는 않지만 예전에 근처의 플루리스에서 머물던 때와 비교하면 다음엔 다시 찾지는 않을듯 합니다. 특히나 성의 없는 조식을 제공해주던 젊은 남직원의 응대덕에 더 그렇네요~

Жили в этом отеле 3 дня) больше не захотелось, так как в пуерто делать решительно нечего, кроме поездки на подземную реку. Номер достаточно просторный, два мизерных окна, выходят либо на море (что не радует, потому что перед морем трущобы с "местными жителями", либо на очень шумный перекресток. В первый день были проблемы с водой, и с температурой и с напором. Пожаловались, сказали что насос у них там какой-то сломан, пообещали починить. И о чудо ! И правда починили) хотя надежды на это мы не питали. В первую ночь в туалете вывалилась лампа из потолка, висела на сопливых проводах почти у пола. Посмеялись, настроение было хорошее. Пожаловались админу. Они так переполошились. Предложили пере селить нас тут же в другой номер, но нам так лень было перетаскивать вещи, что решили остаться. На след утро пришел местный рукодельный и все привинтил на место. В стоимость был включен завтрак. Совершенно отвратительный. Вместо обещанных фрешей, налили юппи. Брррр)) вообщем жить можно, если нет у вас слишком больших запросов. Я бы поставила 3 по 5 балам. На Филиппинах в принципе очень посредственный уровень гостиниц средней ценовой категории, не говоря конечно о номерах стоимостью начиная с 4000 за сутки.
