Average hotel. I booked it because of the hottub but of course it did not work. They charge 35 pesos for a very small bucket of ice. There food is very pricey. Staff is hit and misd, sometimes nice and sometimes not. Once its your day to checkout the staff true colors come out. Very rude people. No thank you for you stay, safe travels or even a goodbye. I would not wasted your money and stay here. It is not close to anything and over priced for what you get

Good day!Upon checking with our front desk, when the guest check in our FO duty informed them that continental breakfast is included on their room and offer upgrade breakfast if they want with additional cost. But guest said that they can't take their breakfast because they will leave very early in the morning.

Our stay was very comfy, staff was great in care, beds were soft! Although i asked for a private patio, we had table, no chairs. Not a biggy though, not much to look at, and you have the pool and reception area to chillax. Overall very good, 5 *

room - old and entrance door - can see through. even with curtain. noisy as it is next to pool area - drinking guests in the night. Front desk personel on arrival - sarcastic , not professional, dressed like a tourist. Breakfast - no word - horror, terrible... - cook to fire... if there is any - which i doubt . it is hard to screw bfst.

Pay a little more and avoid this hotel
I dont understand how anyone can give this property better than 3 points. It is Not located anywhere near any stores, restaurants, the pool is constantly dirty with leaves and debris, the food is expensive for Philippines and the quality they provide, and they make you responsible for anything out of order in the unit. I had to pay for a glass table top we didn't even use or noticed until they made me pay for it. They almost made me loose my flight while Inspecting room. Extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. I am a world traveler and Never encountered a hotel to treat guests this way. Do not recommend at any price.

Average hotel. Service of cafeteria staff excellent. Service and response from front desk and maintenance slow and sloppy. In bathroom the faucet was like a stick shift and toilet seat kept sliding. Informed front desk, told us in evening it was fixed but they still shook, rattled and rolled. Exterior landscaping is good.

Whilst i love using Expedia due to its accurate representation of properties on this occasion we were vastly desillusioned. The property is not walking distance from close amenities in Puerto Princesa as stated. The internet connection was poor and intermittent. There was ongoing construction starting at 9 am right outside of our room and music playing loud until 11 pm. We raised matters upon arrival with manager Aida who did affirm that everything was walking distance but the rest of the staff confirmed the opposite . Aida explained that no cancellation was offered due to us booking through Expedia. The noise and inconvenient location pushed us to leave after two nights., we did ask for a change in room but were advised the hotel was fully booked. We mentioned to the staff we were departing due to the noise but they did not understand our English and replied with a polite: OK Ma'am thank you. I attempted to contact Expedia but had no phone access to report this asap. We would like to be reimbursed for the nights we did not stay: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Overall it was decent
Calm and peaceful. Rooms are spacious. Staff was very polite and helpful. Location was not so good for our kids to enjoy. All they had was a pool. So we did tours throughout our stay. No beach nearby. Beach is about an hour away.

good base hotel
Happy to stay here again good for a base in Palawan you can walk to the town not very far about 30 mins pretty safe apart from the la k of pavement! Great pool cheap food. Only down side was they had the telly on in the bar all the Time which sucked because it was so peaceful during the mornings and evenings the rare times it was off! Breakfast was good plenty of fruits pancakes etc oh and the cats! Don’t feed them or let them rub up against you they are covered in fleas!

I had a great stay here. Staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. Garden is great, pool looks clean and reasonable size, room is clean. Downsides are: driveway too narrow, parking is limited and tight. Got bitten of mosquitos, thin walls. Don’t expect too much in breakfast. Its complementary.

This hotel is nice for the price. I loved the pool and the staff were helpful. I did not like the beds. They were very firm and uncomfortable. The ac unit was in an awkward location so I could not feel the cold air. My bed sheets were not changed the entire time I stayed there. Over my stay at this place was okay... I wouldn’t stay here again. Also, breakfast really sucked.

The staff are so friendly and very helpful. There was free shuttle from the airport, just call ahead of time. Breakfast was good. The place was pretty and clean. The only thing we didnt like is when we ordered food it took a really long time to come out.

So reasonably priced and absolutely beautiful property. Food was delicious, pool is awesome and clean, rooms are spectacular. Not far from center of town (50 php on a tricycle). Free airport shuttle (but only leaves at specific times for airport drop off). The best place we stayed at in Puerto Princesa.

Great location, near airport.
We booked this place to be near the airport since we are nearing the end of the trip. It was more for convenience than for 'excursions, etc'. No regrets! Clean place, nice pool, good service.

Comfortable base to explore from
I stayed 4 nights. Acacia tree is a quiet spot to get your bearings in Puerto Princessa and plan your explorations from. Its relatively cool as the grounds are covered by trees or you can catch some sun around the pool. Many hours spent floating around in the pool. The staff are very helpful and can arrange tours, rental bikes etc.

Get Your Money's Worth!
Location: 10 mins CAR drive, 15-20 mins Trike drive. Far from Robinson, but closer to SM, SM is better place for shopping in my point of view. Room: Cozy, quiet, only soap and shampoo. Food: Service is fine, not the best but friendly. Speed is quite slow. Taste is good. WIFI: No WiFi in room, and the connection is not stable.

Nice on photo but does not meet my expectation
I booked three rooms for my family of 15 people including kids. The a/c in room 23 was working great. However, the a/c in room 24 does not produced enough cool. Also, I was not aware that there is additional charge for additional person when the room I booked clearly states occupy 5 adults. Make your booking clearer. I will, however, give the staff 5 star for preparing our breakfast very early on 3/24/18 just so we can make it to the airport without missing out on our breakfast. Unfortunately, there is no water activities that his hotel offer. So, the place is quite boring. Luckily, my family managed to make the best of our stay there by going to town. I don't like the idea of paying a 1000 pesos deposit, which I forgot to collect when we left. Fortunately, one of the staff remembered last minute as we were leaving. The bed is hard, but big. The shower head need fixing. Overall, I probably wouldn't want to stay here again.

The staff is just ok, don’t ask too much and you will have excellent service! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The garden and the pool area is a good place to relax but not well maintained. The umbrellas, close to the rooms, are very very durty, need to be change. there is not much to do in the surrounding but the place is nice. The meal a5 the restaurant is very good and at reasonable price.

Towels were very dingy. Food was ok and staff were friendly. I didn’t like the fact you couldn’t use their iron you only can pay to have your clothes ironed. The room size was huge that’s one of the things I enjoyed.

Beautiful place, a bit secluded, great breakfast
The place is very beautiful, I particularly liked how the rooms are facing the swimming pool, we only stayed one night though. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained. We had to pay for the bucket of ice for our drinks and the location is a bit far from the city center so it is not as accessible if you plan on staying for a couple of days the travel to and fro might be a hassle. Breakfast spread was great. Wish we had more time to eat unfortunately we had an early flight.

Nice, comfortable hotel.
The hotel it’s self was pretty far from restaurants and it was not clear how to actually access the beach. Because we were just stopping through on our way to the airport, it was perfect.
