The villa

Villa Ocean View Larimar combines authentic Dominican Caribbean charm with plenty of space for families and groups.

Four of the five bedrooms offer direct ocean views, and three of the four bathrooms overlook the sea as well. In several rooms, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

The upper floor features the master bedroom with a spacious private bathroom, access to a balcony, and panoramic ocean views, as well as another bedroom.

On the ground floor are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined if needed. These bedrooms share a bathroom and an additional guest bathroom.

Four bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa is furnished in an authentic Caribbean style, featuring handcrafted mahogany furniture that creates a warm and distinctive atmosphere.

The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level and has its own bathroom. It is quiet and naturally cool with a ceiling fan, but does not have air conditioning or an ocean view. This bedroom is available for groups of eight or more guests.

Private pool and outdoor living

From the living area, you step directly onto the terrace and private pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Cofresí Bay. It is the perfect place to swim, relax, barbecue, or enjoy the sunset together.

Guest capacity and pricing

The listed rate includes up to 6 guests.

For each guest beyond the 6th, an additional charge of USD 25 per person per night applies. For groups of 8 or more guests, the fifth bedroom with a private bathroom is also available.
