This is a unique beachfront community called costambar where you find all you need inside the complex, a relaxing place, very secure, 24 hrs. Security, wifii, all utilities included, a/c, the beach right there from your door steps, amazing place, everything new. Golf course as well inside the community, restaurants, bars, supermarket, taxi service station. This is close to los 27 charcos, the casino at cofresi sea world, main city is 5 minutes away, the carnival port as well. Cabarette and sosua is like 20 minutes away, main airport pop, and you can fly as well from santiago airport which is one hour away. This home has 4 bedrooms/ 4 baths, pool, marble floors, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, linens and towels,BBQ everything you might need you can find it on this rental, new on the market, only 2 weeks, still no Reviews, but you can check on my other 2 properties listed on HOMEAWAY # 204717 Cape Coral, Fl. #865093 COSTAMBAR PUERTO PLATA, the same neighborhood where this property is located, this one is right by the beach

Should have been cleaner, not enough towels, lots of ants in kitchen, not enough pots and pans, no gas on grill. Has potential need to take better care. Very warm in living room and kitchen, no AC or fan in those areas.

Perfect place in Costambar!

We are so grateful that we found this listing! It was perfect for our needs while we were in the area and the owner and her caretakers were incredibly kind and helpful. We had 8 people in our party and were originally slated to stay just one day while we visited friends in a nearby neighborhood where our daughter used to live and teach, but we loved it so much, we requested to extend our stay. The home is located in a gated community and sits just a few steps from a beautiful beach. We always felt incredibly safe and secure, as the home itself is also a gated property and the caretakers were close by for any questions or concerns. The layout of the home is great, with all four bedrooms having their own bathrooms and a nice and spacious living/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, but be warned that there are very few kitchen basics available as far as pots and pans/dishes, etc. There is a small market inside the community and with some creativity, we were able to still cook several meals in the kitchen so it was definitely doable. The pool and backyard are clean and beautifully kept. It was so awesome to roll out of bed early in the morning for a private swim or play together in the evening. There are outdoor lights to allow the pool area to be used at night. Each bedroom has an individual air conditioning unit and did a great job of keeping us cool and the beds were quite comfortable. We would definitely recommend this location to others and I hope in the future we can return as well!

I had a great time at the property. Everything was the way I expected. We barbecued every day. The kids loved the pool. I’m planning on going back to Puerto Plata in September if this property is available i will rent it again. 5 stars
