Our room was clean but very dated and needed maintenance. A 3 ft long light fixture in the bathroom fell down in our bathroom, 2 feet away from me! After that I was afraid to even use the bathroom. Senator Puerto Plata
The property is 6/10. Staff was nice property was clean. Room needs an update. We had a swim up but more should be accommodated in the room. Food was the same as everyday nothing special no vegetarian options. More beach towels were needed.
