There was a leak in the ceiling and refused to move us into a different room. I was unable to attend to any of the restaurants that were in the resort “ I had to make reservations at 8:30am. Overall everything was good had an issue checking in my id didn’t match the name on the app but itinerary was the same I had to sit there and change the name the app . Never happened before they allows verify with my phone number and itinerary, was a bit annoyed
