In the resort town of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), in a gated community, this Warm and Charming Villa is a great place to relax. Minutes from the beach, it's central location allows it to be close to restaurants and Malecon, where you can do some exploring and find a local shop. This family oriented Villa also consist of a community pool with a BBQ.
The Villa is a two bedroom two bath, with a full kitchen including oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and blender as well as pots and pans and dishes and utensils.
The master bedroom features a Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and a closet. The living room has a sofa bed, TV (with cable and a Roku with Netflix), and a small dinette set. The Villa has WiFi included.

Amazing place!
Jonathan, was a great host! Since it was our first time to Rocky Point we didn’t know what to expect. Jonathan’s place was quite, safe and comfortable. More than enough space for the 6 of us. We differently will be staying here again.
