Villa 12 | Spectacular Beachfront 4 bedroom Home

  • Welcome to Villa 12, a 4 bedroom 5 bathroom beachfront home. This Villa will accommodate 16 people comfortably. The Master bedroom has one King bed. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a King bed. The fourth bedroom has 1 King and a Bunk bed (full on top 2 Twins on bottom). There is a Queen sleeper sofa available in the living room.

    Villa 12 is located on the beach. Grab your favorite beach snacks and accessories, step off the patio, and enjoy! Be sure to grab a bag or bucket for all of the unique seashells and treasures you will find on the beach. The Ocean and Beach views from the Master bedroom and living spaces are spectacular. Slide open the glass doors and enjoy the ocean breeze. The patio is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or cup of coffee and watch the beautiful sunsets over the ocean.

    Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Game room, Wide Walkway to the beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24-hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. Propane tanks can be requested at the Front Desk for a fee.

Spotless villa very spacious fit 18 guest perfectly. Very well equipped kitchen and resort staff was super friendly. Kids and adults had a blast at the pool with watersides. Host answered questions fast and adequately. Look forward to staying here again in the future.
