corrupt security

We may never go back to Mexico and definitely will not stay at Las Palmas. The security guard robbed our son and his friends for $550 and we found out by talking to other guests they robbed 8 others. The ones that came forward and us, told hotel management and after checking into it, they fired the security, supposedly, but said there was nothing they could do about our money.

It was not “Las Palomas” but we have the same beach lol A nice property, cute clean condo. Perfect for a quick last minute get away.

Great resort, great view!

We had great time in general. The resort has everything , beach, swimming pools, water slides for our two boys. The apartment has amazing design and view from the balcony. The only negative was the squeky bed so we did not get good sleep.

Great view from master and lanai. fun Mexican decor. Comfortable condo, fun resort.

Great happy hour at swim up bar. Incredible tacos $2. Drinks 2 for $5. Kitchen well stocked but bring your own spices, oils butter. One roll paper towel Bring own toiletries. Only one tiny bar of soap.

Charged Extra Fees, And Can't Ship Keys!

I was excessively charged $90 for an iron burn on a quilt without them even asking me about it. We slept on that quilt and did not notice the burn. We spent our days on the beach (bathing suites don't need ironing)! It took me 2 weeks to get a hold of someone, passed around A lot. After finally getting a hold of the manager Denisse, over email she said they couldn't do anything about the charge. I told her they would be losing business as we forgot our keys and they couldn't ship them. She said she understood that.
