Sonoran Sea East 405 Classic Haven Ocean View Condo

Two-bedroom two-bathroom condominium with an excellent view. Located at Sonoran Sea Resort on the fourth floor of the east building. This condominium is 1,141 sq ft. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a view of the ocean. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed, a 55" television and a DVD player perfect for everyone to enjoy from football games to movies for the smallest ones of the family. There is outdoor furniture on the large patio, and the kitchen is great for extended stays.

​​​​​​​The Sonoran Sea is a 2 tower resort development that seeks to balance intimate access to the beach below, with a private and inviting interior. Lots of sleeping options in this one. A king in the master suite, its own bathroom, and patio access, and the second bedroom contains a double bed along with twin bunk beds.

Let the concierge or friendly desk staff help you reserve a sunset cruise, rent ATVs, or find the freshest seafood in town! Short drive to the Malecon and its' fun restaurants, bars, and local flavor. Right at the center of Sandy Beach with its vendors, shallow warm beach, and a real Mexican beach getaway close to Arizona.

VRBO property as listed and nice stay

We have properties in Puerto Peñasco and had more folks than we could accommodate so rented from VRBO and it was a smooth and easy process. The unit was as listed and the location and staff helpful and organized. Erik was the concierge at Sonoran Sea and helped with multiple requests and was spot on with his recommendations. Front desk help was great as well.

Fine February Vaca

Returned to PP for the annual Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers Jam. Fabulous weather. Only issue with the room was no hot water the first morning, but that was resolved quickly after a call to the front desk. Also, the Sonoran Sea's car check process for EVERY TIME you enter or leave the resort is silly, unnecessary and time consuming. But everything else was great.

Great location but not so clean

Checking in was easy but the condo was not very clean. The floors were sandy in some places and sticky in others. The bathrooms were not super clean either. It had been more than 2 weeks since it was cleaned judging by the note left on the kitchen counter from the maid. The front desk said someone would come by with clean linens and make the bed but no one came by. Also no beach towels in the front desk or the condo. Also they didn’t provide any shampoo or conditioner. It was a great location though and the views are breathtaking. The furniture could use a deep clean, the living room couches definitely have me the ick and looked visibly gross. One of the artificial plants is literally falling apart.

Best second bedroom for a small family .

We stayed here with our best friends who have twin five year old girls . The second bedroom has a large bed and bunk beds which was perfect for them . We would absolutely stay here again .

We have stayed in this unit in the past. It fits our family of 5 perfect. We love that there are 3 beds for the kids. The kitchen had most everything we needed. Comfortable bed in the master. We’d recommend this place to all.

It is a beautiful property. The pools were great. Tide pools provided hours of fun for the kids. Everything in the unit was exactly as pictured. A coffee shop at the hotel serving Starbucks was a bonus. Condo restaurant was very good. Garufa steakhouse just a block away was an great place to go in Tuesday when condo restaurant is closed.

The condo was very clean and furnished nicely. The bunk beds in the 2nd room were a bonus for the kids. Very happy with our room!
