Up and down this strip of the seashore are many restaurants and bars that get thumbs up from Rocky Point regulars. You will enjoy Colin's Cantina at the Princesa Resort for comfort food, and the friendly Sports Bar atmosphere.

Book a sunset cruise with the front desk staff, or drive to the town's Malecon, or boardwalk, to buy curious, fresh catch of the day, and courageous t-shirts! Cruise ships will begin voyages from Rocky Point by the end of 2019. This unit is a great place to prepare for a cruise with up to 4 adults. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa that accepts two adults as well.

First of all, we enjoy Sonoran Sea regularly. The staff at Che k in was nice and helpful. We got there early and they texted us when our room was ready. The condo was comfy and had the kitchen supplies needed. Downsides: the bathroom light flickered when we got there. I climbed up to tighten it and it usually worked.. until the last day. Also, the key was not keyed well. Both keys took some effort to use to open the door. I told the staff on check out and they said “okay” Also, two days before we got notice that the adult pool and swim up bar wasn’t open. On the weekend you could order we were told. That’s our favorite part! Other than those small issues, it was a pretty good trip.

El hotel muy padre! el cuarto dio mucho de que hablar, problemas técnicos por toda la habitación.

El hotel muy padre y cómodo con todos los cuidados requeridos. La habitación desde que llegamos tuvimos inconvenientes, el sofá cama no servía, la refrigeración tampoco el boiler nunca funciono, la puerta principal se atoro y nos quedamos encerradas queríamos salir temprano hacer ejercicio, no había telefono en la habitación ni servicio en recepción por la mañana. Como pudimos nos las arreglamos para que fuera alguien a auxiliarnos. Sinceramente no volvería.

Great Get-Away

We stayed at Sonoran Sea before only in a different unit. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit. For us it was a better unit because it had a comfortable king bed, which is what my husband and I are use to. The kitchen had everything we needed. Location was also nice, right above the pool/bar. We were afraid that it might be too noisy but this was not the case. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
