This condo is generously sized to accommodate at least two people in the one bedroom with a king bed, and it also has a sofa/sleeper in the living room for two additional people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and 42-inch flat-screen smart TV with Blue Ray, Netflix, and YouTube. It has everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay, including daily maid service.

Very nice clean condo with great ocean views. Had everything we needed except you need to bring your own beach towels which it mentioned in the instructions before you arrive. Very quiet and easy check in process.If you have verizon phone service it didn’t work that great without WiFi at all only when connected to WiFi. The bed was very comfortable also.

The staff here are top notch. Front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff does a fantastic job. Everything on the property was so clean and smelled so freah. The cantina crew served up great food and drink. I would stay here again if I return to the area.

Great Retreat on the Beach

Room and Condo were amazing. Clean, well cared for, amenities aplenty. Pools were clean, easy beach access, nobody harassing you to buy. Security all over Condo site. Restaurants close. No easy way to get to harbor area unless you drive. Better than other condo's I've stayed in Mexico.

Absolutely satisfied with this condo, cleanliness and location were the two things worth noting. The only thing that did not work properly was the wifi and the televison programs, both were slow and unable to load properly. Other than thay excellent stay!!!!

Very Nice Place

Perfect place for two people. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. A bar of soap in the bathroom would have been nice. But the chairs on the patio need something on the feet. Very noisy when you move them. Every time I did I was afraid I was waking up the whole complex.

we arrived Thursday, left Monday. Facility very clean, bed was sooooo comfortable. I don't usually sleep well, but I did in this condo. I loved the view, loved the ability to cook and enjoy our coffee. Coffee pot, not keurig pod, but not a biggie. I came equipped for both. Forgot coffee filters, but the paper towels provided were quite useful as a filter. Stay was wonderful!

Beautiful beach and pools

My husband, myself and 2 year old stood for 4 nights. The apartment was perfect it had all the essentials to cook and clean up after yourself. Gated security entrance and security near beach/pool. The view was gorgeous from the balcony! They even provided laundry detergent which was a big help to not take home so much dirty laundry. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was easy! 15 minute drive from the Malecón and 5/10 minutes from rodeo drive shopping. Walmart type store was also about 15 minutes away. Only complaint was couldn’t get the cable to work in the living room ended up just signing into my Netflix account. Tv in the bedroom didn’t have any cable at all (we were aware of this at check in) just I wish they had access to Netflix there as well but no luck. The pool and direct access to the beach was so perfect, definitely the highlight to the location. The restaurant on sight was also pretty good and reasonably priced. We cannot wait to come back!

This is a nice complex with good parking, nice pools and easy beach access. It its also safe secure and well maintained. On the negative side, the unit here is a little dated and not equipped with any extras. The furniture is old. The kitchen is not equipped for eating in or cooking. The internet was spotty or non existent for our stay though there may have been some issues in the complex in general. The TV is old, and does not have a lot of programming available for American visitors. There was no communication on how to access the internet (password)or access the TV channels. There was also no communication on how to get the key. The guard at the parking entrance gave us out wristbands but did not tell us that we needed to go around the building to another building to check in and get the key. I had a choice between multiple units and would have probably chosen a different one if I did it again.

Frustration

Check in went smoothly. The unit was attractive and comfortable. The unit was supposed to have internet and cable TV. My husband works online so it was important to us. They claimed the recent storm causes issues with the internet but I think they just went cheap on their Internet company. The internet went out multiple times and so did the TV. They have no phones in the units so you cannot call the front office for help. So, many trips back to the office to ask for help and much time spent waiting for people to come and fix them. The guy at the desk eventually gave me a list of modem names and passwords for multiple condo units so when ours didn't work I could try others. That helped sometimes but not all the time. The drains in the shower and bathroom sink were slow to drain. We didn't like standing in backed up water during showers. I won't likely book again.
