Princesa de Pensado sits on the beach in Rocky Point, Mexico. Recent upgrades include new BBQ grill areas with large tables and a dedicated Bocce Ball court! These are in addition to amenities like shade palapas, 3 swimming pools, a convenience store, and Colin's Cantina.

This 1 bedroom private condominium is great for 2 to 4 visitors. One of the two comfortable sofas in the main room converts to a sleeper. There is a TV, VCR, and DVD player here too. A nice touch is a bathroom which offers a bathtub. With Mexican handcrafts throughout, this unit is a charming place to enjoy a Rocky Point vacation.

Our observations

Property was clean and had a nice view. The furnishings were dated and some of the outlets were not working. Utensils were lacking, no spatula etc. This property needs a major upgrade! Would not stay there again definitely a step down from properties we have rented n the past.

1.We were not allow to use all the hot tubs even through no one was useing them because some are for owners only 2. The very small condo only had two forks, and very little coooking items to work with, no dish washing soap, no hand soap, only four towells, no working phone. 3. Took a show, gave my son a bath then a water pipe from the bottom of the bathroom floor started flooding-it smelled like mold with poop. We had to changes rooms at 9pm 4 The Pool not always heated and if the were they are still cold 5. If you want something like ping pong you have to go to front guard security at the gate...things are not in rec room. Overall was not impressived, should have should home.

Beach Time

We had a lovely time. The place was very clean, there is a nice restaurant on site. Friendly staff. The view is great. We enjoyed watching the sea from the living room and patio.
