The water did not drain in the shower. There was no grill or bar on the patio like in the picture. That was disappointing since we took food to gill.

la experiencia mas desagradable! las instalaciones del resort están en una terrible situación, el primer día no tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos, los teléfonos no tenían servicio por que el teléfono no servía apropiadamente, en unos de los baños había un hoyo en la pared que daba a la tubería sin incluir que por ese hoyo cabía mi bebé de 2 años! unos de los cuadros de decoración en uno de los baños no estaba entablado apropiadamente que cuando mi marido cerró la puerta el vidrio casi se le cae en la cabeza! los empleados de seguridad fueron creo amables y atentos, teníamos que mover las sombrillas nosotros mismos por que nunca estaban disponibles para asistirnos, sin contar que el restaurante principal de este resort “Emiliano” está cero placentera la comida no tiene nada de sazón mexicano! la comida estuvo horrible y déjenme agregar que las cremas para café estaban inspiradas desde el 2022, les sugiero que chequen expiraciones en todo! Jamás volveremos a reservan este lugar! este fue un viaje familiar, se rentaron 4 unidades desafortunadamente lo recomendaría este lugar en lo absoluto!
