As you will see upon entering no expense has been spared in the luxury and décor of this unit. The living room has been done up with a real Old World Mexican feel. The couches are dark tan leather with metal grommet trim. Across from the smaller sofa is a high back leather chair fit for a king. There are a lovely matching coffee table and end table that really showcase the setting. In the corner, there is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a DVD player below on the entertainment stand. The room has a circular recessed soffit lined with mosaic tiles and a ceiling fan. One of the walls has a theme of art deco crosses and the other wall has a wood colored rustic hutch. Two sliding glass doors lead out to the patio. The dining room has a large rectangular dining table with high back chairs set to seat 6 people. Behind the dining table are a beautiful art deco and very ornately trimmed mirror that really opens up the room and gives it a very spacious feel. Above the table hangs a lovely custom chandelier and behind the table, you will find a matching buffet stand perfect to use as a serving station. The kitchen has light wood cabinets with complimenting granite countertops with a matching granite backsplash. The kitchen has black on black appliances which include a built-in microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator. You will also find small appliances like a coffee maker and blender. The kitchen drawers and cupboards provide everything you would need to cook and entertain. There is also a full-size pantry with plenty of storage.
