Welcome to C30503. This Studio condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The Condo features a Queen sofa sleeper and King size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and granite countertops. 50" TV and Blue Ray in the living room. Washer and dryer available.

Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Game room, Wide Walkway to the beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24-hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. Propane tanks can be requested at the Front Desk for a fee.
