Location is great on this unit! Steps to the pool and steps from the beach. Unit was clean and had all the necessities covered.A little disappointed that the three bedrooms air-conditioning did not work well. Also hot water was not working in the showers of in master bathroom and the second bathroom. Hot water did work in the tub in the master bathroom.

The location of the condo to literally everything was beyond what we could have hoped. Unit was clean and well maintained. Hosts were very prompt to respond to me when I had a question a few days before the stay. We only had 2 minor criticisms but they were definitely not dealbreakers to stay here. My family and I would definitely stay here again and hope to next fall!

Great condo at Phase 2

Condo was on the ground floor of Phase 2 at Las Palomas. The location was perfect with easy access to the pools and beach. The host was very communicative and easy to get ahold of. I had booked the reservation a a month ahead but when I called the resort 5 days prior, they couldn't find my name under any reservations. I contacted the host and he said he puts it under my name 2 days prior to check-in and provided reassurance. That's something to keep in mind. Other than that, everything was good. I would stay here again.

Our favorite stay, Ever!

We have stayed at this resort more times than I can count. This room and location are by far the best we’ve had. We had eight women and never felt overcrowded. The layout and furniture were perfect. We absolutely love being on the first floor and is the primary reason for booking. We stayed at plenty of other locations on the first floor and this one far surpasses our experiences. I really enjoyed staying in phase 2 compared to phase 1 and the location of the room was perfect, just steps away from the pool and beach. Our only suggestion would be to add some WD-40 to the middle door leading out to the patio. It was very difficult to open at times. We ended up using the other sliding glass doors, going to the bedrooms instead. We plan to keep in touch with this owner and book here again!
