Remodeled Luxury Condo w/Breathtaking View Of The Sea of Cortez on Sandy Beach

Oceanview one bedroom condo with stunning view of the Sea of Cortez. The Sonoran Spa is an ocean front Resort with a full service spa , fitness center, 3 swimming pools 2 jacuzzis, tennis/Basketball court, Restaurant, BBQ Grills, small grocery store and on site parking with 24 hour security. For special rates, please use cebeehomes at Gma...dot com.
The Kitchen is fully stocked for four people and I always leave spices and K-cups or coffee to use with the Keurig Machine during your stay along with a gallon of drinking water.
The Bedroom has a King bed and a 50" T.V The Living Room has a Queen size sofa sleeper with a 55" T.V . There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway pantry for your convenience.

There are several restaurants right outside the front gate (two very popular Bars and Restaurants with live bands most weekends, Banditos & Changos). Also, the newly opened Rosmarino Limon Pizza and Pasta Restaurant, Garufa Argentinean Restaurant Steakhouse, Jalapeno & Tequila (Mexican Food), Fresh Market, Ice cream shop, massage and nails salon and pharmacy.

Max occupancy for this unit is 4 people. The rate reflected is based on the number of people in the reservation. No Pets and No Smoking. 21 + years of age to rent.

Sonoran Spa is one of the most beautiful resorts in Rocky Point, Mexico, offering excellent views over common areas and swimming pool overlooking the palm trees and the lovely Sea of Cortez. There is a beautiful view to the infinite sea with scenery of the view from the distance of the jetty and a bar that serves excellent drinks. Security in the Resort is twenty-four hours for your safety. The complex includes tennis court, gym, high speed internet, spa, CATV, BBQ resort facilities, parking and Mother Nature's charming "Sandy Beach" in front. It's time to relax, and this is the place to do it! Last but not least, we have free WiFi!

AMAZING View and Beautiful Place

We had a BLAST and loved the view we saw from the balcony daily! Perfect temperatures for a trip in January. Resort is gorgeous. Staff are very friendly and inviting. The restaurants and venues surrounding the resort are AWESOME!

Puerto Peñasco is always beautiful

Had a great stay went down when boarder was closed but it opened a few days after the property even though almost vacant was beautiful with great staff very clean and walking distance to great food and fun

Cece was an amazing host and her property was beautiful. Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean every morning was outstanding. Walking the beach daily was relaxing. We will be back. Highly recommend this condo.

Great mini vacation on the beach

This unit was just the right size for the 2 of us. It was our first trip to Sandy beach/ Rocky point. The resort was clean and beautiful location right on the beach. Only downfall was this was offseason and 2 weeks before Christmas, so alot of the restaurants were closed. We got great service though and had the whole pool area to ourselves!

Fantastic 5 Days

From start to finish, our stay was great. Especially enjoyed the fact that several restaurants were within walking distance with variety of options. The condo staff were friendly and helpful. The bed, always most important to us, was comfortable with good pillows. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee maker or Keirig so we could breakfast in our room. Definitely planning to visit same unit again in near future.

Great condo unit in the perfect location. Very clean with good kitchen amenities and comfy bed. Added bonus with 2 beach towels included, however only had 2 bath towels, so good to know going in 😊 Cecelia was a great host who was very responsive and provided very detailed information upfront. Able to bypass the front desk checkin process with a coded keypad which was a plus! Would stay again.

Nicely equipped condo. Couch and TV nice. Coffe maker w coffee was a good touch. Bedroom is the first room from hallway entrance vs being towards the patio. The patio was small but ok. Views decent. Would stay again.

Great property with an amazing view.

First off let me start by saying that this property is great. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. The property has a convenience store, restaurant, pool and easy access to the beach. It is conveniently located to several restaurants, a convenience store and souvenir shop. It is easy to get in and out and only about a 10-minute drive to town. Not only is the property great but the communication from the host was beyond amazing. She sent us a list of restaurants with specials and answered any questions I had quickly. I would a thousand percent stay here again.

We rented this unit for my birthday and wedding anniversary. Everything that is advertised is true. The unit is very clean and cozy. Bed is super comfortable. Patio has great ocean/pool views. Everything you would want for a romantic getaway. The bar on-site has great food and a fun atmosphere. The pool and grounds were immaculate. Cece and Ignacio were very accommodating and answered any questions we had. They gave us great instructions and reassured us on anything we needed. We met some very nice people who are on the HOA and had nothing but great things to say about the property. Would 100% recommend this unit and renters!

Lovely Puerto Peñasco

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and the view did not disappoint. I always travel with a small head towel, I did not need one they were supplied in the room. Coffee was supplied for the Kurig. The unit also had a toaster. The AC worked great. Cece was very responsive to all our questions quickly. We were able to get into the unit much earlier than the 3pm expectation and Cece communicated that the day prior to our departure. The location was perfect for our trip, we attended the Music Festival, Circus Mexicus and the main stage was just up the street at Banditos. There are four restaurants within walking distance of the property We ate the Sonoran Grill on the property, it was superb and reasonably priced. The small grocery store on property was well stocked and reasonable priced as well(for a connivence store). I would recommend this unit to anyone needing beach getaway!
