The unit itself is a great space. Needs some cosmetic attention and very dated .We thought we would be able to cook lots of odds and ends 1 small skillet and some pots.1 beach towel, bath towels are old and fraying 1 face cloth 2 hand towels. Beautiful views from the deck . Lounge chair there are 4 2 cushions 1 was tornAdvertised as a Luxury 2 bed 2 bath 1 bath was unusable was not advised of this until after we booked . There was some work done but not completed smelled chemicals the whole stay . Issue with air conditioning loud screeching noise at times throughout day and night Was given the wrong property information, no information on how to access the unit We made it work but felt a bit cheated for the price we paid. Would not stay again

We really enjoyed ourselves, loved the large balcony. Condo was well stocked with the essentials. Manager was easy to work with, great communication. Emiliano's Restaurant on the property was very good. Walking distance to Diego's Tikki Bar. Sonoran Sun seems to be a lot more relaxed on their pool rules then Las Palomas, we really liked that.

The location was great for us. The condo is a little dated and some repairs need to be made but overall it's a nice place. We unfortunately had some heavy winds this trip and the sliding glass doors kept us up most of the night vibrating off each other. Just need to upgrade the sliders and it would surely make a difference for noise

I had easy instructions from the owner, always nice in communication. The condo was clean and ready for us. I would definitely book again. The only draw back is multiple light bulbs were out so it felt dark after the sun went down or if you needed the curtains closed so to block out heat. I would recommend this property if you don't mind an older condo.

Everything was perfect. We only recommend that they change the fan in the second room because it makes a lot of noise and it bothers you to sleep. Getaway with friends..

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We really like the balcony and all the space in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, etc.. We bring our food in a cooler and mostly stay at the resort and enjoy the beach and pool. It is nice and relaxing. :) This was our friends first time to Rocky Point, and they really enjoyed it.

No Baby Crib,which is essential for kids under 1 hear old.

The place was good and the view is amazing, we enjoyed our time there the only down thing is there was no baby crib, booked this place because it was specified that they had a traveler baby crib. I have a 9 month old baby that i had to keep in beed with me (co Speel, never done it before due to safety) because i didn't have where to put him to sleep safely. Tried to contact the owner and im not sure how come i never received a reply back.

We loved this condo!!! The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo is spacious, clean, and well appointed. In the morning we walked barefoot on the beach for miles and then had breakfast in the little cafe downstairs - really, can't ask for more. Would love to return at some point.
