We had a mixed experience with this stay. One major issue was the lack of transparency around check-in. You don’t actually check in at the resort itself—there’s an offsite location about five minutes away, and this information is only shared after booking in a separate email. Since we booked last minute, we were already past the cancellation window, which made this especially frustrating.Another downside is that guests are not eligible for resort towel service. You’re expected to use the same towels (both bath and pool/beach) for the entire five-day stay, which was inconvenient.The internet was also a problem. It wasn’t working during our stay, and management acknowledged it couldn’t be fixed. We were given access to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi, which was fine for basic phone use but not reliable enough for working on a laptop.Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent. While the listing mentions service, no one came to clean, make beds, or even do a light refresh during our stay. After we asked, someone stopped by, but only brought paper towels—which wasn’t helpful.On the positive side, we did have an issue with the door code initially, but it was resolved quickly (dead batteries). The unit itself was clean upon arrival, had plenty of sleeping space, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view is beautiful, and the corner location is very convenient—right next to a store and the lobby.
