Ground Floor Condo at Las Palomas, one of the few Phase 1 ground floor condo with 3.5 Bedrooms (3 bedrooms and a bunk room ) and 3 bathrooms in the Rental Pool.

One of the Bedrooms is a separate locked in suite with its own full bathroom.

In addition to the 3 bedrooms, we also offer a bunk room for additional sleeping flexibility. This bunk room features a twin bed over a full bed!

2 Sleeper sofas for additional guests or flexibility in accommodations.

Located in Phase 1, Opalo Building this condo offers a great private patio and direct access to the pool and beach areas.

Maximize vacation time - No need to wait for elevators.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS MADE BY PEOPLE UNDER 25 UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY SOMEONE OVER 25 DURING THEIR STAY.

This is an amazing 4 bedroom 3 bath , ground floor condo. Easy access to the pools and beach. Huge patio that was perfect for our large family to hang out. This is our 3rd year in a row staying in this condo and we plan to book it again next year.

Host was great with questions. Its not beach level. Need to walk down some stairs but still one of the best locations. Walk down some stairs to pools and beach. When you get pool/beach towels keep an eye on them. People like to take them and if you dont return u get charged. Place is large, Patio is huge. Staff everywhere is friendly. I would stay clear of the swim up bar. Dirty, very nasty and an unreal amount of flies, you will pick them out of your drink while its served. Stick to BYOB to the pools, nobody questioned, we brought a cooler. Hit up the local (not downtown) resturants/bars at night, and go to Pollo Lucas during the day! Garage parking available. Definitely would stay in this condo again. Very cool place.

What a perfect trip!! Check in was quick, easy and painless!! The "room" was amazing! The views and the proximity to everything within the resort were amazing!! The grills that are available for use were THE cleanest I've ever seen! They looked brand new, housekeeping does an amazing job around the grounds! We have stayed at several other resorts, this is most definately in the top two!! We will be back!! =D

Location at resort wonderful. Loved being on ground level. Made it very easy to go to pools and beach. Loved having a kitchen. We cooked a lot. Tv great for little kids after swimming. Washing machine didn’t work which was bummer. Air conditioning wasn’t strong enough in back guest room so it was too warm at night.
