  • Brand new 1,650 sq ft home in Laguna Shores Resort! Open concept with all tile floors. Double sliding doors in the great room. 75" TV in great room with American DirecTV. Smart TV's in all 3 bedrooms. American VPN, and fiber optic wifi. Fully stocked kitchen with US appliances, reverse osmosis system, air fryer, ice maker, drawer warmer, dish washer, full sized refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser on door, crock pot, and tons of plates/cups. Full sized washer/dryer from the US in laundry room with shelving units for pantry. Basic spices provided in kitchen. Bar with wine glasses, ice bucket, and shot glasses. Private backyard pool with negative edge and large baja step for lounging. Pool has seating on 3 sides for everyone’s comfort in or out of the pool.

Highly recommended!! My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shon’s home, and it was an unforgettable experience. Truly felt like home away from home!

Our family spent a long weekend here, 2 adults and 3 girls age 7-11. The house was spotless and the hostess in touch and available constantly and super responsive. Beech is a short walk down the street and the restaurant and pool were excellent. The home itself truly was home away from home. No need to bring lots of things from condiments to batteries to washing detergent...everything laid on. Very comfortable home with plenty of towels etc. Minor gripe is checking in front gate hadn't heard of us but hostess helped smooth this. Lovely peaceful break with great views from the rooftop!
