Come and relax in our "Condo de Cortez" in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point)!!
Cozy and comfortable just renewed Condo in the heart of Puerto Penasco. The Condo sits on a hill in the “Mirador” area, which gives you a view of the ocean in the distance. Relax by the pool, or take a 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to everything, clubs, restaurants, and Malecon which is only about a 8 minute drive.
We welcome everyone, young couples, and families with kids or friends travelling together.
The Condo is a two bedroom one bath, with a kitchenette includes; counter top burners, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and blender as well as pots and pans and dishes and utensils.
The master bedroom features a King size bed with a Pocketed Coil Pillow Top mattress. The 2nd bedroom features two twin beds with Pocketed Coil mattresses. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, 50" TV with cable, and a small dinette set. The Condo has WiFi.
There is private parking and a security guard on the premises.

Great Location! Nice Property!
This property is in a great location, Whale Hill, it's convenient to the beach and has a great pool just outside the condo door. It is on the first floor and has two bedrooms and an awesome convertible sofa for larger families although it was just my husband and I this trip. Jonathan was super communicative and helped us out on our first day with an issue we had due to our previous lodging falling through. the only complaint I have is that we needed more towels because only a couple towels with no bath mat or wash cloths or wasy to wash them by the end of the week. Otherwise this is a great place to stay.

Jonathan the owner was so quick to respond to questions. Very clean condo. Everything we needed. Pool right outside of our room. Could see the ocean from the deck at pool. Highly recommend Manny’s by the beach. Stunning sunsets. Great food. Met so many amazing people. Can’t wait to plan my next trip back. 💖

Fue nuestro primer viaje a Peñasco íbamos un poco desorientados pero el Señor Jonathan amablemente nos sugirió lugares que visitar .La comunicación con el fue fácil y rápida el check in también excelente el condominio en excelentes condiciones la limpieza 🧻 también excelente ubicación frente a la alberca ! Antes de alquilar el condo lei las recomendaciones y pensé que exageraban pero no !!!! LE DAMOS 5 ESTRELLAS 🌟 aunque me gustaría mantener este lugar en secreto ♥️ Definitivamente volveremos !!!!

SHHHH! Don't tell anyone about this secret!
As much as I would love to keep this location a secret, I would also love to see more people visit Puerto Penasco. This city is a diamond in the rough.
Although we only communicated via email, the host was responsive providing directions and instructions on check-in/out. The location was fantastic; a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes’ drive to Malecon, Rodeo Drive, or anywhere else. We met up with friends that stayed at Sandy Beach and it was easy to get around.
There are 6 buildings in this complex, a mix of condos and hotel that share parking and pool space. The hotel isn’t very large and there seemed to only be a few of the buildings occupied. At most, there were less than a dozen vehicles in the lot and only 1 other family that used the pool. Located directly below Whale Hill it is a quiet location. The only noise we heard was from an occasional ATV driving down to the beach and carnival rides next to Manny’s (beach) on the first night (gone the next).
Locating the condo was fairly easy, aside from a single missed turn upon arrival. Parking was plentiful with a short walk up a few stairs and across the pool area to the condo. The condo was exactly as it was described; clean and no odors. There was no issue connecting to Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is a bit small, but we only used it for the fridge and a few dishes (no cooking). A hot plate, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, and dishware are all provided.
The bathroom sink is directly inside the bathroom door. A bit odd for U.S. standards, but easy enough to get around; definitely not “accessible”. The shower water wasn’t really hot but didn’t need to be. It was warm enough to be comfortable. There wasn’t a lot of hot water, but sufficient for the 4 of us.
Outlets in the bedrooms were located at the foot of the bed so if you’re setting an alarm on your phone it won’t be next to your head when it goes off.
Overall, this location is a quiet oasis, perfect for relaxing or crashing after hitting the beach/town. This will be my first choice when returning to Puerto Penasco.

Close to everything - in town
The owners were fabulous with their communication. Easy check in. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. We saw someone taking care of the grounds every day. The air conditioner worked great and blew COLD air! A much needed necessity in July! The price was great for where the property was. 5 minutes from town and the beach. The only con: the property, pool and parking is shared with a hotel and the hotel is run down and the parking is a little bit of a walk. That being said. I would stay there again and recommend!
