Great Location

We rented the Casita, and it was a great location by the beach and near the entrance to the community. The Casita was able to accommodate the family and dog, and they maintained the property well while we were there.

Beach front getaway

This place was right on the beach and the patio is huge and perfect for hosting family and friends. I’ve found my place when I go down to Rocky Point!

Great Peaceful Beach House

The name of the house says it all, "Casita de Paz". We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and we all enjoyed our stay. Great beach house with great beach view and very peaceful area for who wants to relax. The private entrance to the beach is a plus. Stores and restaurants are within 5-minutes away.

Beautiful

We had a truly lovely stay, just what we were looking for— a quiet place by the ocean to recharge and enjoy nature. The casita sits behind a main house but there’s direct access to the beach and ocean views from the porch. The beach is very clean and the birds and dolphins offer a true spectacle. Staff was kind and responsive. The house was clean and the kitchen had what we needed to cook simple meals. Would certainly come back!

Location was perfect, house was beautiful but needed work. Plants were overgrown and growing into the house. Looked like the shower was leaking and caused mold looking stain on the wall. All and All we had a great time

Relaxing

Beautiful porch area with a nice view. The loungers for sunbathing were nice & sturdy. Small store near by and very private area to spend our evenings. The bedroom curtains were a light beige so at night there was light that came in so the staff showed up the next morning a added darker curtains which helped us sleep. Perfect location for small gathering/event. We also liked that the house was in the entrance of Las Conchas and easy access to restaurants and short drive to Malecon.

It was great. The place was very clean. Had a couple problems with a leaky roof when it rained one night and a door that wouldn’t lock. The came out within an hour after we called them to fix it.service was outstanding! We’ll be back

Awesome Location & View

Such a lovely casita. If I could have only taken off half a star I would have for 4.5 stars, and only because the cold water handle in the master shower was stripped so we couldn't use it, and the master mattress left us with pretty sore backs. Otherwise this was a terrific spot to visit with our two teenagers and our pup. We could even see dolphins swimming by right from the patio! It is also really close to the Malecón, and the port for whale watching.(EcoFun Adventures). Quiet neighborhood. Very easy checkin and checkout, Océano folks were very helpful. We had a great weekend!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Casita de first blush when we arrived we were a bit disappointed that it's not really obvious from the photo's and marketing that it is NOT directly beachfront, it's behind the house in front but still will a nice view and dedicated path to the beach. The casita was clean and even with some minor problems (no power in one room, a broken fan switch), it was great.

Unfortunately the a/c died and they had their maintenance man there within the hour . We were immediately upgraded to a beachfront property close by as a/c unit needed to be replaced . Mr Chuck and Salma were extremely helpful in this situation. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again !

Great weekend gateway

Hey, we really loved the property! It was a cute little casita with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was just a short walk to the beach, and our guest house was on the side of the main house. We were right on the front row, and we loved the inner yard with palm trees and some cute landscaping. The whole property has a fence, which was important for us because we had our two dogs with us and we felt safe letting them go outside. There was also a nice outdoor shower. I suggested to the management company that they should upgrade the utensils and cups, and place a few floor mats outside of the house and maybe inside too, so it would be easier to clean up the sand we tracked in from the beach. We loved the property and the management company. Edwin was really helpful. We're planning to come back again soon!
