Casa Las Gaviotas Las Conchas

  • We are offering our personal family 2nd home away from home! it has everything you need to spend a comfortable vacation. 2 story home with 4 bedroom; Master bedroom upstairs and 1 downstairs. Beautiful open and spacious floorplan upstairs; Kitchen, dining room and family room with the best view of the Ocean. only 100 steps away from the beach with its own backyard door to the beach access alley. perfect sandy beach that exposes rocks at low tide to search for tiny sea creatures
    The property does have a camera on the front yard and back yard for security. we turn off the backyard camera for privacy when occupied by guest.
