The Space:
Welcome to Casa Dimitro where style & comfort meet beautiful ocean views & the fresh sea breeze. The open floor plan kitchen, living and dining area lead to the terrace for el fresco dining. Enjoy sunsets and evenings in the terrace jacuzzi (fees apply) and coffee in the morning in your choice of outdoor seating areas. Casa Dimitro has been professionally designed with coastal/nautical decor & furnishings and also features beautiful nods to the Mexican hacienda style. Your comfort is our priority and you'll find that Casa Dimitro is well stocked with quality bath & bed linens, soaps, kitchen appliances/cookware, place settings & more. Our staff is nearby & only a phone call away if you find you're needing anything to make your stay more enjoyable.
We recommend this home for up to 10 guests if at least 2 are children. If all are adults, it is better suited for up to 8 guests.

Primary Room- King Size Bed & Closet
2nd Room- King Size Bed & Closet
3rd Room- Queen Size Bed & Closet
4th Room- Bunk Room with space for 3 adults or 4 children- 1 full size bed and a twin size bunk + closet (A note for guests: Bunk room is accessed from within the locked front courtyard on the 1st floor with private stairs leading to the rooftop terrace and upstairs living, dining & kitchen area.
2 bathrooms-
Downstairs Bathroom 1: Separate toilet & sink with locking door. Separate large shower and double sink with locking door. The bathroom layout is designed to offer privacy in the shower room and toilet room separately to efficiently accommodate guest needs.
Upstairs Bathroom 2: Conveniently located in the upstairs living space with a shower, shallow tub, toilet & sink.
Hot Tub:
The cost to use the hot tub is an additional $200 plus a refundable damage deposit of $200. The $400 will be invoiced separately from your reservation and the deposit will be refundable within 48 hours of your stay. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water prior to your arrival and for stays longer than 3 days will be serviced by our team every 3 days.
Guest Access:
Guests will access Casa Dimitro via lockbox key access.

Hot Tub:
The cost to use the hot tub is an additional $200 plus a refundable damage deposit of $200. The $400 will be invoiced separately from your reservation and the deposit will be refundable within 48 hours of your stay. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water prior to your arrival and for stays longer than 3 days will be serviced by our team every 3 days.
Hot Tub Rules:
For safety reasons, the hot tub is not suitable for children.
No more than 4 guests are allowed in the hot tub at 1 time.
Keep the cover on and fastened while not in use.
No glass or food in the hot tub.
No splashing or jumping in the hot tub.
If the water goes below the fill line, please top it off. Running the jets without sufficient water will damage the motor.
Please shower off sand and sunscreen prior to entering the hot tub.
Your safety is our top priority, please be safe and do not enter the hot tub while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
