REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY



For cancellation of dates, paid deposits can be used towards a future reservation (within 1 year) without fee or loss of funds. There are no refunds provided for cancellations within 60 days, during holidays, spring break, or early departures. Detailed cancellation policies are provided with reservation confirmation.



Disclaimer: Casa de Bella Suenos' maximum guest count is 10, children under the age of 3 do not count towards the guest count and are not required to wear a wristband. Everyone in your party, 18+ is required to present ID at the security desk. One of those ID's must match the name on the credit card used for deposits to prevent fraud. You are also required to physically sign the Bella Sirena Rules and Regulations at checkin. Minimum age for renter is 25. We cannot guarantee the private Jacuzzi will be working during your stay, we make every attempt to repair within a timely matter, therefore a refund or discount will not be provided.

Perfect home for getaway

Home was exactly as described and provided all the necessities we needed. Everyone felt very comfortable. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pools, and enjoyed the living room and patio areas in the morning and evenings. I would stay again.

Serene location

If you want a peaceful vacation in a beautiful location this is for you. Only glitch was fireplace in living room inoperative. Hot tub was a nice plus and kitchen was well equipped.

Beautiful Condo, just steps from the beach!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Villa 15. The condo was clean, tasteful decorated and offered great amenities just steps away from the beach. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions. We loved the online App provided prior to our stay with tons of useful information about the property. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a group of 3 Adult Couples. There was plenty of room, a great patio with a jacuzzi and a rooftop area. The entire property was just as beautiful as the house. All correspondence with the owner throughout the process was usually within minutes and the entire house including the check in/out process was explained. We would all love to stay again!

My wife and I absolutely love Bella Sirena. Best resort in Rocky Point!!! This Villa is great. Tons of space and every amenitie you can think of. The Main heated pool is about 200 ft straight from the back patio. Jacuzzi was nice to have close to the villa. Perfect for the cooler weather. We will definately rent again!

We love these villas! My only complaint would be that the resort itself didn’t uphold its amenities. It said it had a couple heated pools but it felt like during the week the didn’t heat the pools only on the weekends which was a bummer. Otherwise we have stayed here a couple times and the grounds are beautifully kept and the beach is amazing and clean!

We love our time at Casa de Bella Suenos

We had such a fun and relaxing weekend thanks to having everything we needed right there. Sometimes its tough because you don't know what will be available at a unit until you get there. I have had to go to the store in the past, just to buy utensils to cook a basic meal. Not the case here. Everything is crisp and clean when you arrive and there's enough room for everyone, right by the beach, pool and bar. We love coming here.

Had a great time!

We stayed Monday-Friday with my family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was stocked nicely, we cooked & grilled every day. We used the hot tub a couple times, but mostly hung out by the pools in the morning and beach when the tides went out in the afternoons. Plenty of beach gear (wagon, chairs, umbrellas). We didn’t get to use the kayak as we exceeded the weight limit since an adult would have to go with a kid. We ate at the SWIM bar/restaurant twice but did not like the food or drinks so we just bought all our own drinks and food at local stores and made our own. Pick ip some fresh shrimp down by the docks! The property was clean, pools were clear, beaches were nice. The ramp down to the beach was extremely steeper than any other property we’ve stayed at and was difficult to navigate with small kids and a full wagon of beach stuff. It took both my husband and I to push the wagon back up the ramp. It was doable, just hard to navigate without extra help. The whole property was pretty quiet, which I loved, but our 18 yr olds prefer a little more lively scene. It depends on your preference. Overall, we had a great time and would return. I

Family Vacation

We loved our time here at Casa de Bella. This home included a private relaxing hot tub, a balcony that includes high end patio furniture and glorious views. This home is situated within steps to one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico and steps to Mexico’s best pool bar “Swim”. Thank you so much for making our adult vacation memorable.
