Caballo De Mar Beach House - 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house right on the beach

Caballo De Mar is a gorgeous oceanfront home located in the Sea of Cortez. The home is a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom with large kitchen/living room area. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed with dual shower and sinks in the bathroom. It also has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, small wine rack, a lovely fireplace, and a sitting area. The 2nd master bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed with private bath, and the 3rd bedroom has a full bed. There is an additional full bathroom located in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking including pots, pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, coffee maker, cooking spices, and much more. The large patio is just steps away from the ocean with a sitting area, grill, firepit, and even a pizza oven. The outdoor shower is on the steps right before coming back into the house and is perfect for rinsing off the sand and salt water. The views are indescribable and breathtaking. Close to many restaurants/bars.

Dogs allowed; $50 PER dog.

Please note that this home is on Mirador Beach where Mannys Beach club, Pitaya Bar, and Playa De Oro is located. This home is NOT on Sandy Beach. The address will not take you to the correct location; a pin or GPS coordinates will be sent to you after booking.

A little TLC of the property would go a long way.Broken cabinets, toilets that run, and the TV wouldn’t work. Otherwise it was a fantastic location and good value.

Overall, the house was barely an acceptable beach house for a family and dogs.Check-in was challenging as provided telephone numbers had an extra digit... Finally reach the owner through the app and maintenance came to let us an although there were bird droppings all over the entry and beach patios. Apparently, there was miscommunication between the owner in maintenance about our arrival.Also, after a rain, there was a substantial leak in 1 of the bedrooms. When I notified the honor she was not pleasant and said she would have staff investigate the "potential" leak. I then sent pics and not even a thank you. Would not return.
