**Marina Pinacate 414** is a very nicely furnished 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom located on the 4th-floor with amazing views of the pools, port, malecón, and Sea of Cortez.
The Marina Pinacate Resort is located close to the very popular and beautiful Sandy Beach. The Resort offers a large swimming pool, kids pool, Jacuzzi, tiled sunbathing deck, and common area with BBQ grills. The BBQ grills make a wonderful spot to grill up your fresh catch of the day. The Marina Pinacate has shopping, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. The resort also has a business and fitness center in the main center lobby.
This newly updated, 1 bedroom 1 bath condo has a king-size bed and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, sleeping a family of 4. New central air to keep you cool on those hot days. In the living room, you will have a 60" smart TV where you can enjoy a family movie after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for a family of 4, providing you with your vacation necessities such as a coffee maker, blender, microwave, washer, and dryer.
